Returned items

We will only accept returned items for which you have followed specified instructions! You must send any items you’re returning to us within 10 working days after the date your product was shipped, and we must receive them within this same period.

Other conditions

We cannot exchange or take back any items you purchased on sale and at a discount of 70% or higher. In addition, the item you are returning must still include all the labels and be returned in its original packaging. We will not take back any items if 1. the item has been worn or washed, 2. you have tried to correct a defect, or 3. you have not followed the care instructions and/or instructions for use.

Reimbursement of shipping costs

You are responsible for shipping costs when you return an item to Woods, unless we have agreed otherwise based on the nature of your complaint. Make sure to add sufficient postage, as we do not accept – and therefore cannot credit you for – any returned items for which the postage is insufficient.

How do we process your returned items?

We will send you a confirmation e-mail after we have received the item. You will be credited for the amount of the returned item to your account within 5 days.
