You will discover that shopping on our website is as easy and user-friendly as can be. This page includes a variety of information and convenient tips on how to order from Woods, pay for your purchases and have them delivered right to your door.
On the left of your screen, you'll find our convenient search feature. You can easily refine your search based on brand, colour or product group. Use the icons above the overview to change the sorting order based on price or product name. If you have made your choice and would like to change it, simply click on the search criterion again. Please note: photos are not available for each item, so if you would like to view only those items for which photos are included, click the 'Photos only' button.
When you click on a product, you will see the details for that particular item. If you drag your mouse across the photo, a detailed image will appear on the right. The sizes in which the item is available are listed below, and if you've made up your mind you can add the product to your shopping basket. To view your basket, click ‘View contents’ – this will allow you to view all the items in your shopping basket.
Below the detailed image of the item, you will see 3 tabs: ‘Matches’, ‘Alternatives’ and ‘Last viewed’. When you view an item in detail, you will automatically see several matching items – suggestions for garments and accessories that will complete your look. Alternatives are items that also meet the criteria you specified, while the ‘Last viewed’ tab shows a list of all the items you viewed in detail.
After you’ve viewed the items in your shopping basket, you can proceed to 'step 2' of the ordering process. Here, you can also indicate if we have permission to deliver your order to your neighbour’s address, and you can add a comment if you like. You then proceed to ‘step 3’ to select a payment option. You can choose from PayPal (credit cards include MasterCard and VISA) and an advanced payment option.
Woods shows you the items that are actually in stock – the number of items listed next to the criteria in the left-hand menu are always the actual quantities available. The stock information on the website is updated on a real-time basis, so you can be sure any item you would like to order is actually in stock.
If the item you like is no longer available in your size, remember that Woods has 5 shops across the Netherlands, and you can contact us by sending an e-mail or call +31 26 351 96 56. We will be pleased to verify if this item is available in one of our other stores.
Your order will be shipped within 36hours after we have received your payment! We will carefully package it for you and have it delivered to your home through TNT Worldwide. You will receive a confirmation e-mail as soon as the package has been delivered. The confirmation e-mail contains a link to tracktrace.nl, where you will be able to track your order at every stage of the delivery process. More information.
